NRPA's Staff Training Resource
Center is here to help! This
Premier Member benefit gathers
NRPA learning resources around
today's top professional development
topics for you and your staff.
Some of these topics include:

* The environment, sustainability
and maintenance
* Equity in parks and recreation
* Organizational culture
online learning opportunities and a
handout to match. Select the learning
opportunity that best matches
your staff's professional development
needs. After reviewing this
material, use the handout to apply
the knowledge to your staff and
agency goals.
Accessing This Resource
The primary contact(s) of all Premier
Member agencies have free
access to these resources and can
share them with their staff. By logging
in to their account at learning.
nrpa.org, primary contacts can
open the training center and access
the training resources.
At this time, the Staff Training
Resource Center is only available
to Premier Member agencies.
Earning CEUs
To earn Continuing Education
Units (CEUs), staff members must
pay for and complete the trainings
through their individual NRPA
account.

Digitize and Travel Light
New software systems enable you
to safely and compliantly collect
emergency medical information and
have it ready anywhere, anytime.
For example, you can collect one
medical form for your camp. If you
have an extra activity off-site for a
select group, there is no need to sort
through the files and/or transfer them
to someone else. If they're in the system,
they'll have access instantly.
Share Through Integration
If your management system integrates
with your emergency medical
system, you could be a step ahead
of the game. Having your collected
information added to your recreation
management system enables
you to have a single source of truth
and make smarter decisions.
Think Beyond Medical
Information and Contacts
Just because it's an emergency
medical form doesn't mean you're
limited to collecting and storing
medical and contact information.
If you can customize your forms,
think outside of the box. Use the
opportunity to collect information
you might need later. This
can streamline processes down
the road.

When information needs to be added
or updated, skipping the middleman
(aka, you and your staff) is
